Nely comes to us through Mennonite Central Committee’s International Volunteer Exchange Program (IVEP). Nely studied social work at University. Nely says, “I really like to spend time with my family and my pets. I also really enjoy going on trips. I tend to plan an outing to see new places at least once a month, here in Guatemala nature is so beautiful and vibrant.” She also says, “I am looking forward to two specific things. One of them is to serve people in Jesus’ love. The second important thing for me is to learn. I would like to improve my skills and abilities so when I come back to my country I can spread new knowledge.”
